Colorado Springs and UCCS Communities,

My name is Seth Lindsey. I am currently 21 years old and I attend the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. I was diagnosed with Stage IV-B Hodgkins-Lymphoma in May of 2021.

Nothing can truly describe the feeling of getting a cancer diagnosis. It feels as though, in an instant, every pathway that was laid out in front of you is erased. There are countless young adults in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and the United States that receive that phone call every day.

The road ahead of them is foggy and unclear. The only thought I had was, "I am going to beat this no matter what." And, I admit at times they were mere words with nothing backing them up.

I went into remission in October of 2022 and am officially one full year in.

I vividly remember the day in the Summer of 2021 when I got my own Bite Me Cancer bag in a hospital room at Rocky Mountain Children's Hospital. To know that there is someone else out there rooting for you, loving you, and wanting nothing less than the absolute best for you is an unexplainable feeling.

Join me in granting that feeling to others. Join me in fighting off the evil that is cancer one bag at a time. Join me in gifting a smile to those who are in the darkest times of their lives. Join me. Donate Today.

From the bottom of my heart, I thank you.

With immense gratitude,

Seth Lindsey
