During the week of May 15-22, everyone will run or walk their 5K whenever they want to! (We trust you to do it haha!) For those in the Northern VA and Greater Washington area, we can provide in-person packet pick up at our office in Oakton, VA on Saturday, May 14, 11am to noon. We will also mail packets out to those to anyone!

For those who want to walk together with Nikki, her parents and others in the local Greater Washington area, we will do that on Sunday, May 22, 2022 - 10am in Chantilly, VA at the Ferraro home. This 5K is not officially measured - it will be a fun, relaxing walk around a neighborhood. If you are interested in this, please send an email to customerservice@bitemecancer.org

Check out Nikki's short video below!

Packet will include: Bite Me Cancer t-shirt sponsored by CustomInk, Bite Me Cancer wristband, race bib and more! If you already have our t-shirt, we can send you a Bite Me Cancer baseball hat or water bottle. Just let us know!

The money raised from this event will benefit Bite Me Cancer's Teen Support Bag program. Teenagers "fall through the cracks" in the hospital systems, whether they are in a pediatric ward or an adult ward. Nikki experienced the disconnect herself as a 17 year old dealing with cancer so she developed the Teen Support Bag for teenagers so they can feel supported and inspired.

Donations will help to sustain and expand this bag program as each bag costs $85 for the foundation to assemble and ship. So far, we have given our bags to almost 9,500 teenagers battling cancer! The heartwarming and positive feedback we receive is amazing! We currently have almost 175 hospitals distributing our bags directly to their teen patients who come from all 50 states and DC!
